The Task Force 1/2005 comprising of the following was constituted to examine standard DUS Test and General guidelines, designing Generic/specific registration forms for 12 crops namely (Wheat, Rice, Maize, Lentil, Urd bean, Mung bean, Rajmash, Chickpea, Fieldpea, Pearlmillet, Sorghum, Piegeonpea)

The above Task Force met several times in different parts of the country, interacted with various clients, and attorney before finalizing their recommendations on General Guidelines, Specific Guidelines, Fee Structure, Terms and Definition, Journal Designs etc.
The Technical Advisory Group constituted to draft the Model Agronomic Practices of these 12 crops (Wheat, Rice, Maize, Lentil, Urd bean, Mung bean, Rajmash, Chickpea, Fieldpea, Pearlmillet, Sorghum, Piegeonpea).
